REGISTRATION FEES

Each presenting must pay nonrefundable registration fee. Only registered and paid papers will be scheduled in the conference program and proceedings. Registration is valid only when the payment is received and processed. Please send all registration files to ISREES@163.com before the deadline.

Author Registration

Author Registration Includes: Welcome Reception, Keynotes, Technical Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Dinner, Conference Kits, Paper online-publishing, Presentation.

One regular paper contains 4-6 pages, including the contents, figures, tables and references. If the paper exceeds SIX Pages, 50 USD/page or 300 RMB will be charged.

CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellation of participation:

All cancellations must be made in writing to ISREES@163.com.

For cancellations received by 31 January 2026, there will be reimbursement of 100% of the fees paid.

For cancellations received by 15 February 2026, 50% of the fees will be reimbursed.

No reimbursements will be made for cancellations received after 15 February 2026.

Please note that there will be no refund for no-shows.

Publication Ethics

Once plagiarism is found, the repetition rate is over 30%, or other violations of publishing ethics, an editor-accepted article will be rejected by the publisher and no fees will be refunded.
