Registration and Information Desk

The registration and information desk will be open during the whole conference as follows:

Opening hours:

Thursday, 27 April: 17.00-22.00hrs

Friday, 28 April: 08.00-18.00hrs

Saturday, 29 April: 08.00-18.00hrs

Sunday, 30 April: 08.00-18.00hrs

For lost and found personal belongings, please contact the Information desk.

First Aid

In case of emergency, please contact the Information Desk.

Name Badge

Your personal badge is your entrance ticket to all sessions and the exhibition. Please, remember to wear your badge at the conference center and the social events. If you lose your badge, a new one can be purchased against proof of your original registration, at a cost of 5.00 USD.

Coffee Breaks

Coffee/tea are included in the registration fee and will be served daily in the different levels and the poster exhibition area.

Lunch

Lunch is included in the registration fee.

Banks and Post Office

Most banks open at 08.30hrs and close around 17.00hrs, Monday through Friday. They are generally closed for lunch between 12.00-14.00hrs. Post offices are open between 09.00 and 16.00hrs. Please, note that there will be no exchange facilities at the conference venue.

Climate and Dress

The Ordos climate is temperate continental climate, sunshine rich, four distinct seasons, less precipitation. At this time of the year temperatures will be around 0-20°C, Large temperature difference between day and night. Dress will be business casual throughout the conference.

Electrical Supply

Electricity is supplied at 220 volts, 50 Hz.

Insurance and Liability

The REES 2023 Organization committees and Semico n.v. do not accept liability for personal medical expenses/travel expenses/losses of whatever nature incurred by delegate.

Publication Ethics

Once plagiarism is found, the repetition rate is over 30%, or other violations of publishing ethics, an editor-accepted article will be rejected by the publisher and no fees will be refunded.
